Cancellation Policy

In a continuing effort to provide the best cosmetic services available at a reasonable cost, the following New Cancellation Policy is effective 01-01-2022. The time for your appointment has been reserved especially for you. So, we like you to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time.

To provide competitive prices, shall be no exceptions to the Cancellation Policy terms:

  1. CancellationMoving, or Rescheduling an Appointment requires a minimum 24 Hour Advance Notice via email or call us at 615-506-9575.
  2. Failure to Cancel, Move or Reschedule your Appointment(s) with less than 24 hours advanced notice will result in charges of 50% of the total value of the scheduled Services.
  3. Appointment NO-SHOWS will result in charging 100% of the scheduled services.
  4. Should Cornelia Skin-Care be forced* to Cancel, Move, Reschedule or Close the Facility without a minimum 24-hour advanced email notice** to you, you will receive a 100% discount on your next scheduled appointment.

( * ) Cornelia Skin-Care shall not consider or adjudged to be in violation of this agreement when the violation is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, Civil Disturbances, Landlord Actions, Power Failures, Theft, or Other Circumstances which could make it impossible to operate the facility.

( ** ) All Clients must have a valid email address, address, and phone number listed in the Client's Information file with Cornelia Skin-Care. If the Client does not have a valid email address on file, Provisions 4 of the Cancellation Policy is null and void.

Change Policy: Please note that our Service Policies may change from time to time, and any changes, are expected to be minor. Your rights will not change without your explicit consent. 

Further changes are posted on this website and in our facility. It is your responsibility to check the website often for any changes in our policies. In the event of a significant policy change for certain services, you will receive email notification of said changes.
