Gift Certificate Policy

A Gift Certificate (papers) & Voucher (electronic) are a bond of the redeemable transaction type which is worth a certain monetary value and which may be spent only for specific services or goods. Redemption of the Gift Certificate or Voucher indicates your express agreement to abide by all of the terms and conditions applying to such instrument and the use of our facilities.

  • Gift Certificates MUST be presented at the time of service, used in full by expiration date, and are non-transferable
  • Gift Certificates may be exchanged for store credit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
  • Gift Certificates or Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen, or expired. Altered, photocopies or reproduced certificates are void and null.
  • Terms of use are void where prohibited by law.
  • The Certificates or Vouchers will not be possibly to-be extended beyond the expiration date, which is one year after the date of purchase.
  • Gift Certificates or Vouchers cannot be redeemed for payment on a pending or previous purchase.
  • When scheduling your appointment, please let us know that you have a Gift Certificate or Voucher to be applied at the check-out.
  • Please book your appointment at least 2 weeks in advance by calling 615-506-9575 or online. Additional notice may be required for a weekend appointment.
  • On the day of your appointment, please bring your gift certificate with you, as we will not be able to proceed without it. 
  • The Vouchers (e-Vouchers) are resident in our booking system and can be applied without showing any additional proof of purchase.
  • Lost or misplaced Gift Certificates are subject to full payment by cash or credit card for services rendered.
  • Please arrive at a list 5 minutes before your appointment, allowing yourself time to find our location and check-in
  • We run our business by Appointment Only mode and would like you to enjoy the full length of your service without shortening your experience.
  • Please let us know ahead of time if you are pregnant, have any health problems such as heart, blood pressure, etc., or if you have any special needs or requests.
  • Spa time has been reserved especially for you. 
  • Please be aware that we have a minimum 24-hour Cancellation Policy.
  • Gratuities are not included (unless specified on your Gift Certificate) but are appreciated and cannot be added to sub-total credit cards payments. If you are pleased with your services 20% is customary. The spa staff respectfully appreciates gratuities in currency.
