Return & Exchange Policy

  1. We accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Personal and Business Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Credit Cards, BITCOIN (BTC), ETHEREUM (ETH), and SOLANA (SOL) for payment.
  2. Check by Mail or Pay in Store Payment (apply only to transactions via our website) mode must be received within 7 (seven) days of placing an order via our website. If payment is not received within this time frame the order will be canceled and that specific price cannot be guaranteed.
  3. Personal checks must clear before the item is shipped or can be pickup from our store, so please allow up to 3-4 days for confirmation that your check has cleared.
  4. For faster processing pay via Paypal, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, BITCOIN (BTC), ETHEREUM (ETH), or SOLANA (SOL).
  5. For custom order items subject to pre-payment, a 50% deposit is required to confirm orders, with the balance due prior to shipping.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS (Insured with delivery confirmation), and shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.

Returns: If, however, you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it to us for a complete refund. As we are certain you will understand, we may not provide a credit store or an exchange if the products have been opened or used unless such products are defective.

To return a product to us, please provide:

  1. The original receipt of your purchase.
  2. Products should be returned within 30 days of the purchased date or the delivery confirmation date.
  3. Include the original receipt of purchase and all original packaging materials.
  • A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
  • There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
  • Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee.
  • All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. 
  • We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
